In this story:

She soon encounters the villainess, Mentallix! The villain uses her psionic powers to defeat Lady Ultra and now subjects our heroine to pain and humiliation unlike she has ever encountered before. With no chance of escape, Lady ultra must endure: mental torture, hypnosis, unmasking, physical combat, light chained bondage, bearhugs, groping, debooting, sensual torture and knockouts in Mentallix's plan to physically and mentally break our heroine.
